After having completed another method establishment for a Polyethylenglycol (PEG) recently, pharm-analyt continues to be a leading lab in PEG analysis. Quantitative analysis has always been the main pillar for pharm-analyt for over

Starting in 1986 with bioanalysis and HPLC-UV nowadays GMP release analysis and HPLC-MS/MS are at the core of pharm-analyt's activities. Quantifying PEGylated substances has been a specialty for more than a decade becoming a core competence in the last 2 years. pharm-analyt has covered PEG determination in the biological matrices rat/human plasma/CSF and FDP/FC/BDS formulations, always going in the direction of using stable labelled internal standards.

The most refined and up-to-date method has a calibration range of 20 to 1,000 ng/mL for a more than 30 kDa PEG in plasma with a calibration curve that is linear.
