Poloxamer Analysis

Poloxamer 188 is a block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. It is a surfactant and is increasingly used as a replacement for polysorbates. Therefore, it has to be detected more and more often in BDS and FDP samples in the GMP context.
